We ship worldwide.
Ready-to-Ship Items
Items currently in stock are usually dispatched within 1–2 business days.
Once dispatched, delivery typically takes:

UK: 2–4 business days

International: approximately 3–7 business days via courier
You’ll receive a shipping confirmation as soon as your order is on its way.
Items Not Currently in Stock
Some Soul Threads pieces may not be held in stock at all times. If an item is unavailable when you place your order, we will order or produce it especially for you.
Please allow approximately 7–14 business days for your item to be prepared and dispatched.
Once dispatched, normal delivery times apply.
If your order contains both in-stock and made-to-order items, they may be shipped together once your full order is ready unless stated otherwise.
Customs & Duties
International orders may be subject to customs charges, import duties or local taxes when they arrive in your country.
These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are outside of our control. Any applicable fees are the responsibility of the customer.
Free UK Delivery
We offer free standard delivery on all UK orders.
Delayed or Missing Orders
If your UK order has not arrived within 10 business days of receiving your dispatch confirmation, or an international order has not arrived within 15 business days, please contact us so we can investigate.
